I’ve wanted a long haired miniature daschound for as long as I can remember. As soon as I found Nature’s Nook, I knew that they were the best breeders out there. From our very first conversation, I could tell that their number one priority was finding the best home for their puppies.
We adopted Frank from their first litter born in June 2019. From the moment they said “yes” and accepted our deposit to the day we picked him up, we were in constant conversation about how the little guy was doing. When he came home, he was well tempered and easily trained. In fact, he was potty trained within 4 weeks of coming home. Whenever we had a question we weren’t sure of, we would reach out and Nature’s Nook would respond almost instantly.
Frank is almost two and we still keep in contact with them to this very day. They wonderful people that pour their hearts and souls into what they do. I can’t think them enough for making this little guy - he makes life infinitely better!
We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a mini Dachshund from Nature's Nook, and my partner and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience.
The professionalism and care displayed by Nature's Nook was outstanding. Not only was our puppy fully crate trained, eating well, and socialized with both people and other pets, but they were also already trained to do their business outside, which made the transition into our home seamless (with no sleepless nights). Introducing the crate training early in the breeding process helped us with putting our puppy to sleep with ease and minimal crying at home.
We also received a thoughtfully curated gift basket upon bringing our puppy home. It contained everything we needed to welcome our new family member, from toys and blankets to essential documents like vaccination records and a comprehensive welcome book.
Mom and Dad have an amazing temperament and demeanour. It was evident that they were not only well-cared-for but also deeply loved and socialized.
Our dachshund Bentley just turned one, and is an adventurous, sweet, and loving addition to our family. We wholeheartedly recommend Nature's Nook to anyone in search of a caring and responsible breeder.
